Emergency calls are forwarded to Dr. Jorgensen’s location.

If you would like to set an appointment for an initial examination or a follow-up visit, telephone contact is advised as the best method to set a time suited to your needs.  If you need to talk to Dr. Jorgensen for answers about your health, he will return calls and emails received during business hours as soon as possible.  Calls to the Office Manager will be handled as they arrive.
